Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Qwintsoft LLP handles personal information when you visit qwintsoft.com, contact us through the channels listed on this website, or authorize our internal tools that use Google APIs.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Qwintsoft company website, inquiries you send to us, and the internal tools Qwintsoft uses to connect to Google services, including our Google Ads API integration described in section 4.
Our products have their own privacy policies. For the Qnexa app, see https://qwintsoft.com/qnexa/privacy-policy. For Qwint Caption, see https://qwint-caption.com/privacy-policy.
This website also links to external websites and app stores. Their privacy policies apply when you use those services.
4. Google user data in our internal tools
Qwintsoft operates an internal keyword research tool that connects to the Google Ads API using Google OAuth. It is used only by authorized Qwintsoft team members, who sign in with their own Google accounts to access Google Ads accounts that Qwintsoft owns or manages. It is not offered to the public.
Data accessed: when a team member authorizes the tool, it receives OAuth credentials (an access token and refresh token) and the Google Ads customer ID of the account being used. Through Google Ads Keyword Planner, it retrieves keyword ideas, average monthly search volumes, historical search trends, competition levels, bid estimates, traffic forecasts, and location targeting data. The tool does not create, change, or delete campaigns, ads, budgets, or billing settings, and it does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service.
How we use it: we use this data only to research keywords and plan Qwintsoft's own marketing, website, and content. We do not use Google user data to serve or target advertising, to build user profiles, or to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
Sharing: we do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or other information resellers. Keyword metrics returned by Google may be processed by the AI assistant our team uses to run and summarize keyword research. We share Google user data only as needed to provide this feature, to comply with applicable law, or to protect against security threats.
AI and machine learning: we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.
Storage and protection: OAuth credentials are stored only on the authorized team member's device and are not stored on Qwintsoft servers or on this website. All communication with Google APIs uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access is limited to authorized team members.
Retention and deletion: OAuth credentials are kept until the team member revokes access or no longer needs the tool, and are deleted when that team member leaves Qwintsoft. Keyword research results are kept only as long as needed for the marketing work they support. You can revoke the tool's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can ask us to delete any related data by emailing contact@qwintsoft.com.
Qwintsoft's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
